DUTCH NEW GUINEA
HUGE AREA TO BE EXPLORED (Rec. 1 a.m.) BATAVIA, June 12. An expedition has departed to Dutch New Guinea to explore and chart a huge tract of territory from Digoel river in the west to the border of Australian New Guinea in the east. One of the main objects of the study will be the agricultural possibilities, with a .view to colonisation by the Javanese.
