MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Tuesday, June 10 (Before Mr H..J. Dixon. S.M.) Judgment by default was given for the plaintiffs in the following cases:—Otago Steam Laundry and Dye Works Company,, Ltd., v. Eric Thomas Day, claim £2 10s 2d. for work done, with costs (£1 5s 6d); Bacon's ' Service Station v. H. Barnett, claim £1 Bs, for work done and goods supplied, with costs (15s). • Edmund James Smith proceeded against Francis Leonard Heller, claiming possession of a tenement in Harrow street.—An order was made" for possession on or before July 1, and the defendant was ordered to pay costs (£1 6s).
