CLOUDY AND COLD Forecast For Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— \ ; South-westerly winds, still fresh at. times on the coast.
