Sir—lt is evident from (jhe comments of the secretary of the Tramway Union that the statement of the chairman of the .■ : Transport Smmittee does, not fully ; explain the unsatisfactory tram service to bt Kilda If. as stated by the secretary. 17 motormen are- acting as conductors, then surely we must look for some further explanation for the City Council's indifference to St. KUda's requirements > Will, some member of the City Council say whether the unions statement is correct or .otherwise?—l am, e { c - • Accuracy.
