THE FLAG COMPETITION LIST OF LEADING TOWNS (Special) WELLINGTON, May 13. On the latest fortnightly returns in connection with the national savings flag competition, Hokitika replaces Ross as the leading town in the Greymouth district, while Thames achieves a similar lead over Whakatane in the Thames district.
