PARLIAMENT
THE NEXT SESSION OPENING BY SIR CYRIL NEWALL (Per Unitep Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 11. According to an announcement by the Prime Minister, Mr P. Fraser, the next session of Parliament, which will start on March 12, will be opened by the new Governor-General, Sir Cyril Newall. The session is not expected to last long. The Budget will possibly be presented in June.
