ANTI-AIRCRAFT FIRE
ACCURATE DIRECTING A MECHANICAL WIZARD BOSTON; Feb. 5. (Received Feb. 6, at 1.30 a.m.) Lieutenant-colonel Paul French, in a radio talk, said the United States Army has a mechanical and mathematical wizard for accurately directing anti-aircraft fire. He said: “This is the equivalent of the secret bombsight and capable of calculating the exact point at which anti-aircraft shells and approaching enemy planes should meet.” ,
