DANISH VESSELS IN AMERICA POSSIBLE PURCHASE BY BRITAIN WASHINGTON. Feb. 4. (Received Feb. 5, at 8.30 p.m.) The Secretary of State, Mir Cordell Hull, said that the Government was still undecided what to do about idle foreign ships in American ports, but an intensive study might produce a solution at any time. He added that there were unconfirmed reports that Danish groups were considering with the British methods whereby 38 Danish ships could be purchased or otherwise made available to the British.
