TEPELENA IN FLAMES THE ITALIANS RETIRING DESTRUCTION OF STORES (By WirelesS) ; ' LONDON, Feb. 5. (Received Feb. 6, at 1 a.m.) In Albania there are signs that the Italians are about to leavte the important base of Tepelena, and the. Greeks have occupied more important positions. At Tepelena there are a number of fires, indicating that the Italians are destroying large quantities of stores and munitions before retiring. Tepelena is a most important town because the only main road to the port of Valona runs through it. It is announced in Athens that a decree has been issued by the commander of the Hth Battalion requesting the Italian troops to held their ground and save their country from an even greater defeat. It, is reported that orders have been issued to an alpine regiment that troops retreating will be shot. A message from Rome states that 33 leading Fascists formipg the Federal Directorate and Commission for Discipline were replaced upon going to the front
