HERR HITLER'S PLANS BOMB-PROOF SHELTERS f ■ -* , BERLIN, Nov. 18. (Received Nov. 19, at 11 p.m.) Herr Hitler, because of the necessity for filling gaps in the population caused by the war, is planning to build homes with bomb-proof shelters to accommodate large families, and 300,000 flats. A decree states that the successful conclusion of the war will confront the Reich with tasks which can be solved only by increasing the population. Future housing developments must ibe suitable for families with many children. • . Dr Ley has been appointed rteich Commissioner for the social housing scheme. The shelters will be large enough to accommodate all the occupants of a house.
