"SHOOTING HIGH"

Jane Withers and Gene Autry sing five grand new songs, specially written for them, in " Shooting High," the Twentieth Century-Fox action-romance which brings these two popular stars together at the Grand Theatre to-day. Jane sings a rollicking number entitled "On the Rancho with My Pancho," written for her by Sidney Clare and Harry A'kst. For his own solo numbers, Gene collaborated with Johnnie Marvin and Harry Tobias on " Only One Love in a Lifetime," and with Charles Newman and . Fred Glickman on " Little old Band of Gold." " Shanty of Dreams," which Jane and Gene sing together, was written bv Autry in collaboration with Johnnie Marvin. The second Withers-Autry duet, " Wanderers," was composed by Felix Bernard and Paul Francis Webster. Pretty Marjorie Weaver' is Gene's dream girl in " Shooting High," and others featured in the supporting cast are Frank M. Thomas, Robert Lowery, Katharine Aldridge, Hobart Cavanaugh, Jack Carson, and Hamilton MacFadden. Alfred E. Green directed " Shooting High " from an original screen play by Lou Breslow and Owen Francis. John Stone was associate producer. The second feature is, "What Would You Do, Chum?
