Robson presented Lance-corporal Quill , with, a pocket mallet and a sum of money Oh behalf of the Seacliff soldiers’ farewell: branch of the local Patriotic Committee and residents of the district. Items were given by Mesdames F. S. McCurdy, and, N. W. Anderson. Miss M. E.,,Rowlands and Mr W. T. .Granger. Mrs J. VWicksi was accompanist, and the Seacliff Band supplied the music for the dancing. Mr: W. C. Murray was M.C. Outstanding en-; tertainment was provided by the Karitane, Maori party. »
