Thursday, June 27 (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) Undefended Cases Judgment by default was given for the plaintiffs in the following cases:— Otago Farmers’ Co-operative Association v. D. L. A. Michie (Balclutha), claim £23 13s lid for goods supplied, with costs (£4 Is fid);'A. H. Reed v. Joseph Baran (Waiuta), claim £2 11s lid for goods supplied, with costs (£1 3s fid); Standard Insurance Company, Ltd. v. James Lee. claim £2 18s 3d for premiums due. with costs (£1 5s fid); New Zealand Express Company, Ltd. v J. Martin, claim £5 8s 3d. balance owing under hire purchase agreement, with costs (£1 4s fid); M. A. Barnett v. Eric M. Ennis (Auckland), claim £ll 15s for goods supplied, with costs (£2 14s).
