ANOTHER SERVICE PURCHASED * BY RAILWAYS XPeb United Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 17. Another road transport service has, been purchased by the Railways Department—namely, the New Plymouth •Daily Transport Company, comprising a fleet of five modern trucks and garages, operating between Taranaki and Auckland. The staff has also been taken over.
