SULPHUR AS A GERM-KILLER

TO the editor Sir, —I have been specially interested in the letter by “ Prevention,” referring to the virtues of sulphur as a germkiller, and for the sake of the general public I would like to pass on my own experience. Some months ago I began to take about a salt-spoon of sulphur daily as a suggested cure for rheumatism, and, as time went on I found that all catarrhal conditions have been greatly- diminished, and for the last month or two, although surrounded at times with coughs and colds, I have so far escaped—which good fortune has rarely ever happened before.—l am, etc.. Thankful.
