FINLAND’S WAR DEBTS
PAYMENTS TO UNITED STATES' WASHINGTON. June 15. (Received June 16, at 7 p.m.) The Senate approved of a resolution to cancel the war debt instalments from Finland for the period June 15 to January 15. although later it was announced that the Finns intended to pay 159,000 dollars due on June 15.
