ALLEN.—On February 11 (accidentally drowned at Wellington ), Sydney Suzette, dearly beloved second daughter of Olive and Sydney Chalmers Allen, New Plymouth; aged 22 years. # BRICKELL.—On March 21, at Dunedin, Thomas Graham, dearly beloved younger son of Muriel and the late Thomas Goulden Brickell, 5 Napier street; in his seventeenth year. No flowers, by request. CRAWFORD.—On March 22, 1940, at his residence, 179 Carroll street, William John Crawford.
