WAR DRAMA REVIVED That outstanding play of a few years ago, “Journey’s End,” has been revived with considerable success by the Otago University Dramatic Society The tense drama from R. C. Sherriff’s pen is not an easy play to ...act. and there are climaxes that call for considerable acting ability.' Losing a little of their first night’s nervousness, the members of the cast gave a highly creditable performance last night and one that was fully appreciated by the audience As Stanhope, Mr E. R.. Duncan gave an excellent performance, and Mr S. S. Scotl v/as more at home as the youthful Raleigh. Mr N. S. Mclvor and Mr T. McKinney acquitted themselves well as Osborne and Trotter respectively, and Mr A. C. Bailey and Mr N. Gilkison filled important roles creditably. Minor roles were played by Messrs W, D. U, Fraser, W. D. Dawson, Colin Oliver, and J- Begg. . , The play wilUbe Presented for the final time in Allen Hall to-night.
