PRISONERS SENTENCED fPER United Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, Aug. 11, The following sentences were imposed by Mr Justice Reed m the Supreme Court to-day:— Robert Oresti Incrocci, indecent assault on a girl, three years imprisonment. with hard labour. ~ . Joseph John Zimmerman, failure to stop a car after an accident, and failure to ascertain whether there had been an accident, three months imprisonment, with hard labour, cancellation of his driving licence, and prohibition from obtaining one for 12 months from the expiration of the current licence. He was also ordered to pay £l6l 7s 6d. the costs of the prosecution, m default an additional month in prison.
