A SPELL FROM WORRIES (Independent Cable Service) LONDON, Aug. 10. (Received Aug. 11, at 1.45 a.m.) headliners took a night off yesterday. Signor Mussolini saw four acts of “ Carmen Herr Hitlei, wearing a dinner jacket, saw Mozart’s “ Don Giovanni ” at- the Salzburg Musical Festival, and Dr Goebbels travelled in a gondola across the Venice Lagoon to Lido. Just ahead of Dr Goebbels, the soprano, Toti Dal Monte, who wan towed on a raft, sang Venetian folk songs. M. Daladier spent the night aboard a rich friend’s yacht in the Mediterranean.
