CHEMIST CHARGED
VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY (Per United Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, Aug. 9. After a retirement of two hours and forty minutes the jury to-day returned a verdict of not guilty at the conclusion of the trial of Arthur Harold Blennerhassett. a chemist, who was charged in the Supreme Court with causing Elvie Elsie Henderson, a married woman, to take certain noxious things with intent to procure abortion. Alternative counts alleged the supply and the attempted supply of noxious things.
