TRAINING IN POLITICS DETAILS OF CURRICULUM LONDON, Aug. 3. The Italian Fascist Party will open a " political preparation centre" in October,' in which outstanding young Fascists will be trained to become militia officers or party executives. Candidates must have completed their military service and must prove that they belong to the party's physical and mental elite, first by strict medical examination. Then they must write a political thesis. The curriculum includes a detailed study of Fascist organisation, ideals and legislation, racial and military theories, history, languages, economics, and geography. Bursaries will be provided if the candidates .are poor.
