Waghome—Mollcr Two old Ravensbourne families were united recently, by the marriage of George, son of the late Mr and Mrs Dudley Waghome, and Mabel Marie, daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Carl Moller. The wedding, which is of interest to many Dunedin and Ravensbourne friends, was quietly solemnised at the residence of Mr and Mrs Stuart Barr, of Maitland street, the officiating clergyman being the Rev. W. More. Burrow— McKenney A wedding of interest to Palmerston residents was solemnised recently m Timaru between Douglas Haig, third son of Mr and Mrs J. Burrow, and Isabel Gordon, only daughter of Mr and Mrs W. McKenney. The ceremony was performed at the home of the bride’s aunt, Mrs E. Duncan, of Craighead street. The bride was gowned in rhapsodygreen chiffon, with tiny bows in matching velvet ribbon adorning the frock from neck to hen* and in front. At the back was a bow and tie-ends. She wore a flnger-tip length green veil fashioned to the coiffure, with orange blossom and silver leaves.
