GERMAN MINORITIES LEADERS INVESTIGATING BUDAPEST, June 5. With the object of investigating friction among the German minorities, Dr Frick (German Minister for the Interior), accompanied by members of the General Staff and S.A. Guards, arrived from Berlin.
