Rugby Football The conditions were splendid on Saturday for the commencement of the second round of the West Otago Rugby Football Sub-union's competition. At Tapanui Waikoikoi defeated Tapanui by 11 points to nil after an indifferent game. Weikoikoi's points were secured by McKee and Breen (a try each) and W. Reid converted a try and kicked a penalty goal. Heriot had a runaway victory over Waipahi on the latter's ground, winning by 41 points to 13, Waikska had'a bye. In a junior game Tapanui. 9 points defeated Waikoikoi ■nil. Tries for Tapanu: were secured by Wright (2), and Grant. •:•■'.
