A SPIRITUAL AFFINITY GENERAL FRANCO’S POLICY i ROME, May 16. The Popolo d’ltaiia publishes an interview with General Franco, in which he said that Spain wijl be organised as a democracy, in which all institutions will submit to the supreme interest of the nation.
