NEW JAPANESE CABINET
PREMIER’S DECLARATION NO FASCIST LEANINGS TOKIO, Jan. 6. “ I do not intend to disregard the political parties, organise a single totalitarian State, or enforce national reorganisation,” declared Baron Hiranuma, in discounting the reported Fascist character of the new Cabinet. He added: “ I will respect the Constitution of Parliament.”
