Westerners accomplished domination by colonial aggression in the Far East. Settlement of the China question must inevitably result in an epoch-making transformation of the world, for which Japan is concentrating her entire national resources. She is the only country by history and actualities that is capable of delivering the world from abject misery. The Italian, German, and Japanese joint front gives strong impetus to it. Japan is destined to be the chief axis.”
