FRENCH PRJME MINISTER CLOSE VOTING RECORDED PARIS, Dec. 22. The Chamber of Deputies expressed confidence in M. Daladier by passing the Finance Bill by 291 votes to 284. There were 40 abstentions. The vote was tantamount to approval of the decree laws though M. Daladier lost 24 votes since the last division. POLITICAL SENSATION M. BLUM'S ACTIVITIES PARIS, Dec. 22.
