JUSTICES OF THE PEACE
VISIT TO SEACLIFF The executive members of the Jus-, tices' Association, accompanied' by Begg's Orchestra and concert party; visited the James Powell Rest Home and Seacliff Mental Hospital on Sun-,, day last and entertained the patients with musical items. The orchestra, rendered many items which pleased the patients, and items were also given, by Mrs C. Searle, Mr S. Cavanagh (solos); Mrs Greenwood cordian), Mr M. Johnson, (violin-solo),. Miss Joyce Todd (tap dance), Jack McCaw (clarinet solo), trio by. Miss / Duggan (piano), Mr Johnson (violm), H W. McFarlane (double bass). The accompanists were Miss E. Duggan and Mr Alf. Pettilt. ■ • '. ' Mr W. A. Scott, president of the. Justices' Association, thanked the medical superintendent and staff for the opportunity given to visitors to entertain the patients. . , , , Dr McLaughlan, in the absence of Dr Brown, medical superintendent, thanked the justices and Mr Himburg and the members of the party for their entertainment.
