THE EGYPTIAN PREMIER DEPUTIES CHEER DECLARATION (Independent Cable Service) CAIRO, Dec. 21. Deputies cheered the Premier, Mahmoud Pasha, when he declared that Egypt was democratic. “ I am proud to declare this openly,” he said. “Neither I nor the Parliament of this country wishes to copy the methods of countries other than the real democracies.”
