RECIPROCAL TRADE
RUSSIA AND POLAND CONCLUSION OF TALKS LONDON, Dec. 22. (Received Dec. 22, at 11 p.m.) The Moscow correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says preliminary talks between Russia and Poland ended with the decision to raise the total reciprocal trade to between £4,500,000 and £6,500,000, representing an increase of 2000 per cent.
