HEART TROUBLE RECURS RESIGNATION NOT UNLIKELY TORONTO, Dec. 20. A recurrence of his heart ailment threatens to cancel the trip by Mr Mitchel Hepburn to Australia. A message from Ontario stated that the Liberal caucus named a committee to endeavour to remove Mr Hepburn's differences with the Prime Minister, but his illness may force his resignation instead. The physicians are reserving their decision upon Mr Hepburn's suggestion that he resign the Premiership and sail to Australia in search of health.
