OFFER TO BRADMAN
POSITION IN MELBOURNE SECRETARYSHIP OF CLUB SYDNEY, Dec. 21. (Received Dec. 22, at 1,35 a.m.) Don Bradman is reported to be considering an invitation to take the secretaryship of the Melbourne Cricket Club at £IOOO a year. The
position was rendered vacant by the death of Mr Hugh Trumble. Bradman, who is with a firm of sharebrokers in Adelaide, refuses to comment upon the offer.
