TERRORIST AGENTS
ARRESTED BY THE SOVIET TRIAL WITHIN A FORTNIGHT (Independent Cable Service) MOSCOW, Dec. 19. M. Litvinoff sent a Note to the Czech Minister, and the Kiev station broadcast the same message:— “ Three hundred terrorist agents from Carpathian Ukrainians (Ruthenians) have been arrested by the Soviet Union. They will be tried within a fortnight. All spies will be shot like dogs. They are working on behalf of a great European Power who wishes to tear the Ukrainians from us.”
