TO IHE EDITOB Sir,—ln reply to "An Old Trooper" I would mention that Mr David Andrew, of 40 English avenue, Mornington, was one of the original members of the Otago Hussars in 1882. Major Ferens specially mentioned that the records .of the regiment had never been preserved in book form, and appealed to listeners to forward to the headquarters of the regiment any records of the earlier results that might be in their possession.—l am, etc., B - E - Dunedin, December 17.
