RETURN TO SPAIN
EX-KING ALFONSO WILLING NO INVITATION YET LONDON, Dec. 16. Ex-King Alfonso's private secretary said his Majesty would go to
Spain if asked, but he had not yet been invited. A message published on Saturday stated that General Franco had issued a decree restoring full rights and Spanish citizenship to ex-King Alfonso, who was deprived of those rights in 1931 by the loyalist Government. The decree also annulled all the loyalists' later laws depriving ex-King Alfonso of his property in Spain.
