EIGHTEEN-FOOTER RACE WORLD'S CHAMPIONSHIP AT AUCKLAND (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND, Dec. 18. Word has been received from Sydney that negotiations have been finalised and agreements have been reached to hold the world's 18-footer sailing championship in Auckland next February.
