ISLAND OFF PORT KEMBLA REFLOATED UNDER OWN STEAM SYDNEY, June 1. The Deputy Director of Navigation (Captain Rosskruge) was advised at 3 o’clock this morning that the vessel Kapara had gone ashore on Tom Thumb Island, off Port Kembla, and required immediate While a tug was steaming from Sydney the Kapara was refloated under her own steam. The vessel is leaking, and is proceeding to Port Kembla.
