MURDER CHARGE
FINAL REMAND GRANTED HEARING FIXED FOR JUNE 13 Eric Sandagger Parks appeared before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M., in the City Police Court yesterday morning on temand on a charge of murdering Frances Amelia Lee at Henley. Chief Detective Young stated that arrangements had been made to proceed with the case on Monday, June 13, and asked for s final remand until that date. Mi White, who represented the accused, said he had been informed that the case might take more than one day to complete. If that should be so, he suggested that the remainder of the case might be heard on the following Wednesday. The remand was granted
