GOVERNMENT’S ASSERTION OUTBREAK ALMOST QUELLED MEXICO CITY, May 29. (Received May 30, at 9.10 p.m.) The Government asserts that the revolt in the State San Luis Potosi has almost been quelled. The leader of the rebels, General Cedillo, with a few troops, is reported to be fleeing on foot. Since the loss of his last two aeroplanes his supporters have dwindled into scattered bands.
