HEALTH LECTURES
A NEW SERIES Dr Herbert Sutcliffe, who has been in the city for the past two weeks conducting public lectures and classes on menial science, will commence a new series of public lectures on vital health and food science next Thursday, evening at the Y.M.C.A., Moray place. Dr Sutcliffe states that living in a city necessitates the violation of the fundamental requirements of Nature. Eating refined foods, living indoors without sufficient fresh air, and without exposure to the sunshine, and going without sufficient exercise to keep the blood circulating normally, constitute some of these violations. The system which Dr Sutcliffe advocales is a scientific method devised for neutralising the damaging acids which accumulate in the body because of the breaking of Nature's laws. This system, he states, is made to suit the busy working people, for young and old, sick and well.
