THE WANGANUI MEETING
(Special to Daily Times) WANGANUI, May 13. The weather remains fine, and the track will again be in good order for the conclusion of the meeting. Another good list of acceptances has been received, with a stronger field in the principal event, the Wanganui Steeplechase. The following horses may be supported in their engagements:— Hack and Hunters’ Stcep’es.—Count Willonyx and Artful Dodger (or Power Chief).’ Trial Handicap.—Golden Pam and Cometarium (or Royal Tinge), May Hurdles.—Silk Sox and Donegal. River Hack Handicap.—Conveyor and Galteemore (or Thala). Wanganui Steeplechase.—Clarion Call and Arctic Star. Empire Handicap.—Gaily and Catalogue.
