MOTORISTS Resident in Taieri County are reminded that Licences for the ensuing year are now on issue in place of Licences expiring on the 31st May, 1938. NOTICE.—For the convenience of outlying settlers, Mr John Williamson, Traffic Inspector, will be in Attendance at the following places on the dates stated to receive Applications for Renewals and to Test Applicants for New Licences:— MIDDLEMARCH.—In Railway Hotel Buidings, on MONDAY, the 16th instant, from 1 p.m. till 5 p.m.; TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY, the 17th and 18th instant, from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m., and THURSDAY, the 19th instant, from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m. Personal Application Is necessary under the Regulations, and existing or previous Licence must be produced, otherwise a Fresh Test will be reauired. PURSUANT to Section 139 of “The Counties Act, 1920,” and Amendments, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the BALANCE SHEET of the Maniototo County Council for the year ended 31st March, 1937, together with the certificate of the Audit Office, may be inspected at the following places— County Office, Ranfurly; Post Offices at Naseby, Waipiata, Gimmerbum, Oturehua, Patearoa, St. Bathans, Paerau, Hyde, Kyeburn, Wedderburn, Kokonga and Becks during Office Hours until 15th JUNE, 1938, by any Ratepayer of the County without fee.
