LICENSING REGULATIONS APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 12. Regulations dealing with the issue of licences to kinematograph film exhibitors are published with the Gazette to-night. They are more or less machinery measures, imposing certain restrictions on the holders of licences for the exhibition of first run or second run films. The Gazette also announces the appointment of the following members of the Kinematograph Film Operators Licensing Board: —Messrs R. M. G. Butcher (chairman). R. Mc.G. Stewart (representing the Film Exchanges' Association), G. Gregory (Federated Motion Picture Projectionists’ Industrial Association). H. F. Lamb (Motion Picture Exhibitors’ Association), and F F. Gilmore (an electrical engineer, having no financial interest in the film industry).
