DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL
EIGHT NEW MEMBERS THREE LABOUR CANDIDATES SUCCESSFUL A commencement was made with the counting of the votes for the City Council election after the mayoralty results had been announced. The new members of the council are Dr W. H. Borrie, Messrs J. Wilson, M. C. Henderson, J. McCrae, R. Walls, H. L. Gibson, W. B. Tavener and H. A. Newall. The figures were completed at 11.50 p.m.
