FORESTERS
The fortnightly meeting of Court Enterprise was held in the Court Room with C.R. P.C.R. Bro. Mercer presiding and all officers present. The woodwards' report was again satisfactory. A resignation was received from a member leaving for England. One maternity claim was received and passed for payment. Two new members were initiated by the C.R., I.P.C.R. Bro Steffson taking the second part and the S.C.R., Bro. J. Benfell. welcoming the new brothers with the Forester toast. The C.R. reported on the visit to Court S.t. Andrew and S.C.R. Bro. Benfell reported on' the juvenile picnic. After the meeting the members and visitors commenced a progressive euchre tournament. 12 games being played. The winner of the women's prize Was Sister Benfell, of Court Woodlands Pride, with 10 games. Bro. Collie, Court St. Andrew, won the gentleman's prize.
