IN DIVORCE
DECREES MADE ABSOLUTE Notice of motion to have the decree nisi made absolute in the case of John Joseph Grant v. Thyra Isabella Grant, in divorce, was heard by Mr Justice Kennedy in the Supreme Court yesterday. Mr J. G. F. Starke represented the petitioner and Mr D. A. Solomon the respondent. A decree absolute was made, the petitioner being given custody of the two elder children of the marriage and the respondent the custody of the younger child. A decree absolute was also asked for in the case of Isabella Bell v. William G. Bell. Mr J. G. Warrington represented the petitioner and Mr R. L. Fairmaid the respondent. A decree absolute was granted, the petitioner to have the custody of the youngest child.
