DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS A sitting of the Supreme Court was held yesterday, when Mr Justice Kennedy heard applications for divorce. Decrees absolute were granted in the following cases:— Florence Edith Henton (Mr C. J. L. White) v. Rae Palmer Henton. Lilian Frances Fraser (Mr 8., S. Irwin) v. Hugh Frederick Fraser (Mr O. G. Stevens), the petitioner to have custody of the children. Linda Isobel Prescott (Mr F. B. Adams) v. George Robert William Prescott, a motion for custody or the child being adjourned sine die. Ina Hesse McKay (Mr J G. Warrington) v Jack McKay, the petitioner to have custody of the child. Adelaide Maud Stewart (Mr J. G. Warrington) v. Robert Bain Stewart, the petitioner to have custody of the child.
Jessie Beatrice Catherine jSimpson (Mr C. J. L. White) v. Leslie James Frank Simpson, the petitioner to have custody of the child. Violet Christina Jessie Fox (Mr C. J. L. White) v. John Henry Fox (Mr D. A. Solomon). John Alexander Bradshaw (Mr M. A, Joel) v. May Violet Bradshaw (Mr G. V. Murdoch). Cyril Joseph Hayden (Mr B. S. Irwin) v. Joyce Aelsa Hayden and Roy Rankin Wallace, the respondent to have custody of the children, with reasonable access allowed the petitioner.
Ellison Edward Porter (Mr K. S Frapwell) v. Erema Mary Porter, the petitioner custody of the child. ] Decrees nisi were granted in the following cases:— Christina Steflenson (Mr A. C. Hanlon) v. Mourice William Steffenson (Mr J. G. Warrington), on the grounds of desertion. Ivy Isabel Little (Mr G. V. Murdoch) v. Ernest Leslie Davidson Little (Mr A. G. Neill), separation agreement, the petitioner to have control of the child of the marriage. William Francis Henry Townsend (Mr R. C. Rutherford) v. Lilian May Townsend (Mr, J. G. Warrington),* separation agreement. George Henderson (Mr B. S. Irwin) v. Jean Winifred Henderson and lan Alexander McAllen, on ’the grounds of adultery, the petitioner to have interim custody of the children of the marriage. Dorothy Margaret Gawne (Mr A. C. Florence Emily McGillivary, on the grounds of adultery. Gordon Stirling McCrone (Mr J. B. Thomson) v. Edna Winifred McCrone and David John Scott (Mr R. S.
