*< DOMINION COMPETITORS TOP OF THEIR FORM SYDNEY, Feb. 25. (Received Feb. 25, at 11 p.m.) The New Zealand competitors for the interdominion surf carnival at Manly to-morrow have been training thoroughly all week and, aided by good weather, are now at the ton of their form.
